Job Description

You will be responsible for:

Telephone technical support to advise and assist users.
Assisting in the writing and collation of information for instruction leaflets and data sheets.
Learning the background of product management.
Learning the planning of aerial and satellite systems for commercial and multiple dwelling installations.

You should have an understanding of TV and satellite signals, be computer literate, and able to absorb product and installation information. Applicants who have an electrical / technical appreciation, ideally from a telecoms/military background, would suit this role.

You will have good communication skills by phone, email and in person, with a pleasant personality and be at ease when dealing with customers
